Bye bye Dunkirk

The 4th edition of the Festival has just ended at Studio 43, after three intense days of screenings and meetings!

The awards that the members of the jury films, chaired by Admiral Yves Lagane surrounded by Laure Dominique Agniel (author and director), Patrice Gerard (director), Corentin de Chatelperron (engineer, navigator) and Hervé Claeyssen (commander in retirement of the merchant marine and today painter) invite you to discover:
* Jean Bart: Grand Prix of the festival is attributed to the film Jolokia, des marins pas comme les autres directed by Aurélie Saillard and Robert Iséni.
* Award for best film on ecology and marine exploration is attributed to the Canadian film Le mystère Atlit-Yam, 10 000 ans sous les mers directed by Jean Bergeron.
* The prize for the best film about adventure and water sports is attributed to the film Babouchka, l’enfer du pôle directed by Thierry Robert.
* The prize for the best film dealing with the professions of the sea is attributed to the film A la santé du Muscadet directed by Philippe Lucas.

The five members of the youth jury of the Grande Synthe Noordover High School (Antoine Guilbert, Noeline Loiselle, Marie Michiel, Charlotte Traineau and Luc Trotignon) awarded:
The Dunkirk Agglomeration Youth Prize go to the film Babouchka, l’enfer du pôle directed by Thierry Robert.

Thank you all for your participation ! Thank you to the Urban Community of Dunkirk for welcoming us so warmly during these 4 years! The Festival cast off to sail to new horizons. We give you an appointment as soon as we have found a new home port!
